Leia, a talented chef, classically trained flutist, and frontwoman for Aunt Eater over at Beachland teaches Wiley how to make a Deep Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich.
Crunchy Peanut Butter
Jelly Of Choice
Quarter Slices of Wheat
Quarter the sandwich.
Dip quarters into batter.
When oil is ready immerse PB&J quarters in oil.
In order to check whether the oil is the correct temperature dip a small amount of batter in oil. If it rises immediately oil is ready. Fry until PB&J quarters rise to the top and get a nice color.
Garnish with powdered sugar.
